Trust & Privacy
How we handle your information
This page is maintained by AIM Peer Advisory Boards to answer common privacy and security questions about aimpeerboards.com and our application process. It is not a third-party certification or independent audit.
Confidentiality in the room
Our peer boards run on a simple rule that members agree to: what's said in the room stays in the room. Members and facilitators are expected to keep one another's business details confidential outside of meetings.
What this website collects
When you submit the application form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email, company, and a short note about your business. We use that information to evaluate fit for an AIM peer board and to follow up with you about next steps.
We also use standard analytics and advertising tools (including a LinkedIn Insight tag) to understand site traffic and measure campaigns. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Who sees your application
Application submissions are reviewed by AIM's principals and facilitators. We don't sell or rent your information. We share it with service providers (for example, our website host and email provider) only as needed to operate the site and respond to you.
Security practices
The site is served over HTTPS. We rely on reputable hosting and email providers and limit access to applicant information to the people involved in evaluating membership. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so please don't include information you wouldn't be comfortable sharing in an introductory conversation.
Retention and deletion
We keep applicant information for as long as it's useful for evaluating membership and staying in touch about future cohorts. If you'd like us to delete your information or stop contacting you, email us using the address below and we'll take care of it.
Privacy requests & contact
For any privacy question — access, correction, deletion, or opting out of follow-up — contact AIM Peer Advisory Boards at kellie@aimpeerboards.com. We aim to respond within a few business days.
